80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot,
5% Cabernet Franc
Harvested between October 3rd - 24th
Double sorted
Fermented in open top and static stainless steel tanks
Malolactic fermentation completed in barrel
100% French Oak barrels (15% new) for 22 months
